About Me
An Ayurvedic doctor by profession, studied in Bangalore. I specialize in Panchakarma aspects of Ayurveda. Presently heading a wellness team in a wellness center in Goa.
The science of Ayurveda has always fascinated me because of its history. Inspired by the thoughts of my dad who used to connect the various aspects of Indian mythology to some modern scientific techniques, I also try to find connection between various health sciences for the wellness of the people.
Reading, Listening to music, Cooking & Watching TV if interesting are some of my hobbies which I do after my work hours but mostly I am kind of workaholic 🙂
